Depending on the sport, the week or the target is proposed more or less training sessions but the planning will always be fully adapted to the time availability and the time that each athlete can dedicate.
Signing up for competitions is great for setting a training goal, but it's not mandatory to hire a coach! If you only do endurance sports to improve your health and are looking for help structuring your training weeks, we can help.
If you can't complete your training session on one day, you can restructure your week or postpone that session to another day.
In the case of an injury, training can be approached from a rehabilitation perspective to return to normal training, but if you want to freeze the training month and move it to a later date, that's fine.
Training sessions will be individualized to each athlete's level.
Through various performance tests, we'll calculate your training zones, allowing us to adjust your training sessions so you don't have any problems managing your pace, speed, or intensity in general.
Your workouts will be managed through a platform called Trainingpeaks, which has a mobile app. By linking this app to your multisport watch, we can send your workouts directly to your watch. This way, you'll only have to worry about finding the right time to train and following the steps displayed on your GPS.
Using the Trainingpeaks app, we can generate various graphs that help us understand athletes' fitness levels and determine whether they're improving or declining. This way, we can adjust training loads to ensure they're in optimal condition on competition day.
At Effective Training, we don't create diets or plan nutrition plans. However, we can provide advice and some tips for managing nutrition applied to your sport.
